Grape Picking Our wineries harvest their grapes at just the right time to ensure the quality of the fruit.  Most of the vineyards represented harvest their grapes by hand which limits the potential damage to the grape that could be caused by other methods such as mechanical harvesting.
Lauca Vineyard Vina Lauca is located in the heart of the Maule Valley which has exceptional soil and climatic conditions ideal for growing different varieties of grapes.  These conditions have common denominators such as tremendous fruitiness in the aromatic expression of the different varietals and bright natural acidity in the four different lines of wines.
Casa Montes Vineyard The winery is location about 2,500 feet above sea level in Tulum Valley in the San Juan Province, the second largest wine producing Province in Argentina.  All of the harvesting is done by hand followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks and oak barrels.  San Juan is a rustic area with hot and dry weather but cool nights.  With an 8 million gallon filtrated reservoir there is sufficient water for drip irrigation due to the lack of rainfall.
Tamaya Vineyard Tamaya wines are “different in many ways”.  Located 400 kms north of Santiago, Chile and a mere 20kms from the Pacific Ocean Vina Casa Tamaya has the ideal temperature range year round for to grow their grapes.  Grapes are harvested by hand, fermented in stainless steel tanks as well as oak barrels and carefully monitored before release to the public for consumption.
Don Manuel Vineyard Located in Mendoza, Don Manuel Villafane has been producing wines for 400 years.  Climatic conditions in Mendoza are ideal to grow many different varieties of grapes from Malbec to Chardonnay to Tempranillo and a host of others.  All harvesting is completed by hand as to not damage the grapes and fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks as well as oak barrels.
Ravazzi Vineyard Located in Tuscany, in the territory of San Casciano dei Bagni in the province of Siena, Ravazzi wineries have been producing quality wines for over 50 years.  All of the harvesting for the Chianti line is done by hand making sure not to damage the fruit.  Grapes are then aged in Italian oak barrels as well as the bottle itself prior to their release.
